Approval Certificate for Continued Airworthiness Management, meeting the requirements of OTAR Part 39.

This is the first step in receiving full ISBAO approval and now requires several years of data gathering in order to complete the process. The first steps towards ISBAO approval gives Polaris Aviation Solutions another necessary tool for successful international operations in the European Union and keeps the company ahead of implementation deadlines.

Polaris is pleased to announce the expansion of its Part 135 certificate with the addition of an S-76 helicopter based out of Teterboro, NJ. Polaris Aviation Solutions receives exemption from the European Union’s Emissions Trading Scheme (EUETS). Polaris is pleased to announce that following the application and approval process with the European Union authorities, the company has received exemption from the newly formed Emissions Trading Scheme. This exemption will give Polaris’ clients a large savings when operating to and from European Union countries as they will not have to be penalized by the authorizes for any emissions as a result of fuel burn on these flights.

Polaris today received the privilege of being awarded its own Part 135 charter certificate from the Teterboro, NJ Federal Standards District Office (FSDO). This is the culmination of months of hard work by the operations staff at Polaris and to be able to accomplish this is a compliment to the efforts of all those here at Polaris. The certificate has been initially formed with a Gulfstream G550 based in Teterboro, NJ and is the perfect aircraft to begin worldwide operations with an aircraft that compliments the abilities of the crew and staff of Polaris Aviation Solutions.

Polaris Aviation Solutions on behalf of AA767, LLC. receives a Part 125 operating certificate for a Boeing 767. AA767, LLC has been awarded, through the Teterboro, NJ Federal Standards District Office (FSDO) a Part 125 operating certificate for its Boeing 767 VIP aircraft. This accomplishment comes years after beginning the process of purchasing, completing and flight testing the aircraft and is a testament to the abilities of the professional staff of Polaris Aviation Solutions. The operation of this commercial sized aircraft is a unique and challenging staff, but the operations staff has been able to meet and exceed the requirements of this challenge.
